The doctors listen to what you have to say, and they are very thorough in what they do. I think you should have longer with the doctor instead of just 10 minutes, because if you have a couple of questions etc, it means you need another appt, which l think still takes up time.

Easy to book nurse appoint. Appoint was great no problems. I tried to book an appoint for son today but v.busy. Gave up on phone and came in to surgery to book instead.

Trying to get through on the phone is very hard. The receptionists and other staff are superb by assisting you especially if you have an ongoing friendly problem and will assist by booking appts whilst in consultation. The "back room" staff are also extremely helpful. The nurses are the best and it is because of them that I have not gone elsewhere.

Making appointment is terrible, never can get through.
